  • April 2024 AcquisitionsSF: 06530558URM-186502 For missing PO lines when performing an EDI import, the error did not include the PO line or vendor reference number. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 AcquisitionsSF: 06664602URM-194874 An incorrect vendor was displayed when approving and ordering purchase requests. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 AcquisitionsSF: 06990717 06930035URM-198161 In some cases, if the PO line reference contained a backslash character / the information did not display properly in the Summary tab. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 AcquisitionsSF: 06689326 06703920URM-198297 Purchase request list returned duplicate values when moving in pagination; the last record in page A was the first record in page A+1. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 AcquisitionsSF: 06672790URM-199013 In the POL Invoice Lines tab the transactions list was filtered by the wrong invoice number. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 AcquisitionsSF: 6672460 06923920URM-202153 The Alma Analytics Monthly Usage Report did not show "more information" if no data was loaded. This was fixed and the "No usage data was loaded" message now displays.

  • April 2024 AcquisitionsSF: 06802421URM-206583 The Sushi usage data time zone was inconsistently used. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 AcquisitionsSF: 06941374 06992813 06909222URM-208244 If a PO line was in claim, the claiming list contained all the items that were not received. This was fixed and now the claiming list only displays items that were not received and had the expected receiving date and grace period in the past.

  • April 2024 Analytics and InsightsSF: 6859166URM-207327 Subscribers to the analytics object "Fulfillment - 30 days past due" did not receive the report. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 Analytics and InsightsSF: 06978905URM-211672 Incorrect information was displayed in reports for the Renewals field (Fulfillment > Loan). This was fixed.
  • April 2024 Analytics and InsightsSF: 07021720 06988546URM-212500 Patron Statistical Category data is missing for renewals. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 Analytics and InsightsSF: 06938757URM-212825 The "Upload" option in the Alma Analytic folders to upload a logo to reports did not appear. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 Analytics and InsightsSF: 06988408URM-213204 When creating reports for fines in Alma Analytics, the report displayed multiple lines for the same fine. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 Analytics and InsightsSF: 06942211URM-213262 The "Expired" status was not displayed for the Patron Active Status field (Borrowing Requests (Resource Sharing) > Borrowing Request Details). This was fixed and now the "Expired" status is displayed.
  • April 2024 Analytics and InsightsSF: 07039785URM-215281 Permissions for data sets are not remembered by Alma Analytics and need to be reset repeatedly. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 APIsSF: 06490693URM-184470 For the NACSIS-CAT Cloud App, when importing, some records did not have $$2 in field 015. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 APIsSF: 6800679URM-198255 CN domain was added to JCR cloud app version 2.3.1.
  • April 2024 APIsSF: 07015213 07058276URM-217719 Regenerating keys for RSA SFTP server created malfunctioning private key. This was fixed.

  • April 2024 Electronic Resource ManagementSF: 06970528URM-212931 The display of portfolios' coverage in the electronic service editor was inaccurate when using a date format with dots (dd.MM.yy). This resulted in incorrect date representation. This was fixed, now the coverage column accurately displays the date information.
  • April 2024 Fulfillment and Resource SharingSF: 06974577URM-162612 If the Booking Resolution policy was set to Days, when a patron attempted to place a same-day booking request through Primo, the request was incorrectly blocked with the error message "Date must be in the future". This was fixed and now same-day booking is allowed.

  • April 2024 Metadata ManagementSF: 06811756URM-204398 NACSIS-CAT was incorrectly handling multiple publishers in field 264. This was fixed and if the Alma 264 field has multiple $b, then they will be concatenated into a single PUBL= field in the NACSIS record, delimited by " : ".
  • April 2024 Metadata ManagementSF: 06847922 06866858URM-206135 In some consortiums, a consortia member was erroneously displayed in the Network Zone inventory list results (Held by). This was fixed and now the 'Held by' details page shows the correct institutions for each title.

  • April 2024 Metadata ManagementSF: 06964229URM-215502 Export to Excel file fails when clicking on "View Holdings of related record" in the Holdings sections. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 Metadata ManagementSF: 07021802URM-215822 General Publishing > Entire Repository mode - Records that were updated close to the publishing start runtime were sometimes not published. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 Metadata ManagementURM-141420 Previously, there was an unexpected behavior where process IDs were duplicated, resulting in entire rows being duplicated in the export file. Additionally, this led to some jobs not being included in the exported file. This was fixed. Now, in the exported Excel file, each process ID is unique, and all jobs run within the specified date range are included. Duplicate job IDs are no longer exported from the Monitor Jobs Page.
  • April 2024 Physical Resource ManagementSF: 06865905URM-204729 Items List > Select items > Manage selected > Change Holdings: Linking selected items to another holdings record took a very long time for a bib record with many items in total (usually more than 1,000). This was fixed.
  • April 2024 User Experience, Accessibility & InfrastructureSF: 06762810URM-160436 Users that have a Fulfillment Administrator role in read-only were only able to edit the configurations in the following cases:
    • In "opening hours" after clicking the import button
    • In configuration tables that are managed by the network

    Both of these issues were fixed.

  • April 2024 User Experience, Accessibility & InfrastructureSF: 06907704 06956288 06956288URM-212484 In the PO Line Form, the values in the dropdown for 'Renewal reason' displayed in English but were not translated in other languages. This was fixed and the translations appear as expected.
  • April 2024 User Experience, Accessibility & InfrastructureSF: 06969227URM-212905 When a new notification is added to the Alma homepage notifications via configuration, all other notifications received the same Last Updated date. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 User Experience, Accessibility & InfrastructureSF: 07000087URM-213569 In (Borrowing requests -> Active requests) when cancelling a request, the Cancellation reason label was not translated. This was fixed.
  • April 2024 User Experience, Accessibility & InfrastructureSF: 07021199URM-214157 Alma-D and Primo URLs were not blocked by the IFrame Embedding Options. This was fixed and all declared products are blocked.
  • April 2024 User Experience, Accessibility & InfrastructureSF: 07011994URM-214799 The Internet Archive Book Reader viewer does not display any content. This was fixed.
