Emailing Reports

Decision Center allows you to email report results to one or more recipients. To email report results:

  1. Run a Decision Center report. See Creating Reports for more information on running reports.
  2. Choose the Email/Schedule button on the report results screen to open the Schedule and Email Report dialog box.
  3. Enter a name for the report the Report Name field. This name appears in the subject line of the email.
  4. Enter one or more valid email addresses in the Email Addresses field. Separate multiple addresses with a comma.
  5. Choose the report format. Decision Center offers only the format options appropriate to the tool or report. See Export Types for a listing of the formats available for exporting and emailing reports.
  6. For Frequency, choose Send Immediately.
  7. Choose OK.
