Cardholders may have multiple records associated with the same email address. The cardholder records are automatically linked based on a shared email and are displayed together in a consolidated view.
Two features support this functionality:

Related accounts - displays other cardholder records with the same email address

Email activity - shows a combined history of communications associated with the shared email address.
View related accounts
You can view all cardholder records that share the same email address:

On the Audience page, select the People tab.

Search for the cardholder by their name, email address or barcode.

Open the cardholder record.
- Select the Related Accounts tab to see all the other records sharing the same email address.
Each associated record is displayed as a card with:- An icon with the record's initials
- The name on the record
- The shared email address
- The barcode (if available)
- To open another linked record, select the corresponding card.
View email activity
You can view all marketing and notification activity associated with the cardholder's email address.

On the Audience page, select the People tab.

Search for a cardholder with their name, email address or barcode.

Open the cardholder's record.

Select View email activity next to the email address.
All related communications linked to the shared email address are displayed. You can filter them by activity type, date or by record.
