This section contains known limitations for the Vega Mobile features.
PressReader limitations
The following native PressReader app features are not available in the Vega Mobile App App and require the PressReader app directly:

Automatic delivery of new issues in the background.

Automatic removal of older issues, such as “Keep 3 back issues.”

Changing the default storage location for downloads.

Notifications about new or latest issues.
When the PressReader SDK is active, push notifications from the Clarivate Vega Mobile app, including ad-hoc and account notifications, do not function. Notifications may appear delivered at the device level but do not trigger in-app actions during the PressReader session. The page identifies this as expected behavior because the SDK controls the active app state.
