Using the Scheduled Reports Tool

The Scheduled Reports tool allows you to view reports saved and scheduled by your login, make changes to the scheduling of these reports, and run the reports manually using your saved search configurations. If you are using an administrative login, the Scheduled Reports page displays scheduled reports for all Decision Center logins, and can be accessed by navigating to Admin Tools | Other Configuration | Scheduled Reports.

To access the Scheduled Reports tool:

  1. Run a Decision Center report. See Creating Reports for more information on creating reports.
  2. Choose the Email/Schedule button on a report results screen. Decision Center displays the Schedule and Email Report dialog box.
  3. Choose the Click here to check already scheduled reports link in the dialog box.

Users of all Decision Center logins can bookmark the Scheduled Reports page in a web browser for quick access.
