Modifying the Scheduling of Saved Reports

You can modify the scheduling frequency of saved reports using the Scheduled Reports tool. You can also stop the scheduled running of a saved report while retaining the saved parameters.

Modifying the Scheduling of a Saved Report

To modify the scheduling of a saved report:

1. Access the Scheduled Reports tool using the Decision Center login that was used to schedule the report. Note that you can use an administrative login to change the scheduling of any saved report.
2. Choose the link in the Schedule Type column to open the Schedule Report dialog box.
3. Choose a new frequency setting.

Stopping the Running of Scheduled Reports

To have Decision Center stop the automatic running of saved reports:

1. Access the Scheduled Reports tool.
2. Choose the Stop Schedule link in the Actions column. Decision Center will no longer automatically run the report.
3. To resume the scheduled running of a report, choose the Start Schedule link in the Actions column.
