Possible Messages (Pickup Anywhere for INN-Reach)
This document describes some of the messages you might see when you use Pickup Anywhere for INN-Reach.
- Cannot access Pickup Anywhere. Pickup Anywhere Location Key not set.
- You did not assign the key for your Pickup Anywhere location to your login. For information on assigning this key to your login, see Pickup Anywhere Tab in Login Manager.
- No item found in database.
- While receiving a Pickup Anywhere item, you processed an item for which the Pickup Anywhere database on the INN-Reach Central Server has no record. There are three scenarios that can cause this to occur:
- The owning site intended to use the item to satisfy a Pickup Anywhere request, but sent the item to your Pickup Anywhere location without performing a remote site check out.
- The item was accidentally sent to your Pickup Anywhere location.
- You have the wrong Pickup Anywhere key assigned to your login.
- When the system displays this message, you should contact the owning site. If the owning site intended to send the item to your Pickup Anywhere location but did not perform the remote site check out, staff at the owning site can perform the remote site check out, and then you can reprocess the item. If the item was accidentally sent to your Pickup Anywhere location, the owning site can advise you where the item should be sent. If the item was intentionally sent to your Pickup Anywhere location and the owning site performed a remote site check out, you might have the wrong Pickup Anywhere key assigned to your login. See Pickup Anywhere Tab in Login Manager for information on assigning a key to your login.
- No items on holdshelf with expired pickup date.
- While clearing the Pickup Anywhere Holdshelf, you chose the Show Expired Holds button and there are no expired holds.
- No statistics found for the criteria specified.
- While viewing Pickup Anywhere statistics, the system could not identify any requests that match the criteria that you specified.
- Please wait while contacting the central server.
- When you choose a Pickup Anywhere function from the Function list, the system attempts access to the Pickup Anywhere database on the INN-Reach Central Server. If a connection cannot be established, you cannot use any of the Pickup Anywhere functionality. In this case, contact your Central System Administrator.
