Receiving and Billing Locations Table

To edit the Receiving and Billing Locations table, you must be assigned permission 664 (Edit RLOC-BLOC Addresses). If you are assigned permission 651 (View System Parameters) but not 664, you can view this table but cannot edit it. See Permissions Used by Sierra for more information.

The Receiving and Billing Locations table contains a list of RLOC (receiving location) and BLOC (billing location) codes and postal addresses. The addresses stored in this table print on purchase orders and serials claims.

Functionality Information

Maximum Entries: This table can hold a maximum of 2000 entries.

Data Elements

Entries in the Receiving and Billing Locations table contain the following data elements:

Code	The one- to three-character alphanumeric code (lowercase alphabetic or numeric characters). You cannot edit this element for an existing entry. You must delete the entry and append or insert a new entry with the corrected code.
Name	A descriptive name of up to 27 characters.
Address Line1	The first line of a postal address (up to 30 characters).
Address Line2	The second line of a postal address (up to 30 characters).
Address Line3	The third line of a postal address (up to 30 characters).
Address Line4	The fourth line of a postal address (up to 30 characters).
Receiving Location Y/N	Code specifying whether the entry is used as a receiving location. Enter either 'y for yes or 'n' for no.
Billing Location Y/N	Code specifying whether the entry is used as a billing location. Enter either 'y' for yes or 'n' for no.
