Edit an existing hold request

You can edit existing hold requests from the Account Portal and change pickup locations and areas.

You must sign in to your account to edit the existing holds.

To edit the pickup location:

  1. In the Account Portal, select Checkouts & Requests.
  2. Open the Hold Requests tab.
  3. Find the item for which you want to change the pickup location or area.
  4. Select the Manage Hold button.
    A pop-up window is displayed.
  5. Provide the new pickup location information in the indicated fields.
  6. Select Confirm Location.

To edit requests in bulk:

  1. In the Account Portal, select Checkouts & Requests.
  2. Open the Hold Requests tab.
  3. Select the checkboxes next to the items you wish to edit or apply Select All.

  4. Select the Manage hold button in the upper right corner.

    A drop-down list is displayed.

  5. Select one of the following:

    Freeze

    Pause the selected holds.

    Select the Freeze End Date in the Freeze Hold pop-up window, and then select Save to complete the operation.

    Unfreeze

    Reactivate the selected holds.

    The selected hold requests that were previously frozen are unfrozen as a result.

    Cancel

    Cancel and delete selected hold requests

    Select Yes, Cancel Holds in the Cancel hold pop-up window to complete the operation.
