An issue was resolved where some Sierra notices that do not include item record number failed to send.

Update Polaris receipt to use "none" when a hard bounce is recorded
A change was made to update the Polaris eReceipt option setting in the patron record from "Email Address" to "None" when an LX Starter notice hard bounces and the eReceipt option is set to use "Email Address."
Manager Role Added to User Roles
The Manager role has been added to the available user roles in LX Admin.
