MEEP: System Adds Note To The Patron Record in ILS When Email is Marked Spam
When an email is marked as spam or hard bounce, a patron note is added in to both the new and legacy notes section in Polaris.
This will make it easier for your staff to understand what has happened to a patron's email notices
