The following issues have been fixed in LX Starter:
Showcases block "Missing"
Showcase blocks should now appear as they did before.
Library Hierarchy Correction
Library Hierarchy now displays correctly for Consortia LX Starters
High Bounce rate for emails when customer has same email and domain identity
AWS SESIdentity Precedence conflict has now been resolved to use the domain to ensure higher deliverability
Manual Bills for Polaris with TxnId in the detail field so that bill will post back to Polaris and prevent requeuing
The system now sends the proper TxnID when posting back to Polaris
For Polaris only: in an Overdue Bill and Manual Bill notices, LX Starter does not fill in the patron’s outstanding account balance in the total_amount_owed merge tag.
The 'Total Amount Owed' merge tag has been removed from Polaris overdue bills as Polaris does not give this information. Customers will need to remove this from their notice design.
Item Title Merge Tag pulling subfields in Test Emails
Test emails now have a truncated field to ensure that not all subfields are being pulled in
LX Starter login from Discover incorrectly redirects to Audience for single library users
Log in now lands user at Sequences as expected
If a browser window is too small or zoomed, the library brand color picker can extend off screen and buttons are no longer accessible
The color picker now displays in any screen size.
