Reviewer Role Restrictions
Users with Reviewer role can no longer edit patron records in LX Admin. If an existing user with Reviewer role needs to keep editing patron records you can change their role to "Manager" or "Admin".
Bug Fix:
Human Readable Tool Tip for Automated Age Check
Tool tip is now displaying as expected when you hover on the Automated Age Check setting.
Email address case sensitivity for merging records
Contact records will now merge to the patron's record when their email addresses match, regardless of their letter case.
After release on December 2nd, we will run patron extractions again for all Promote customers. It will take 3-4 days for all extractions to complete, at which time you will see records merge where applicable. No disruption to your workflows is expected.
