Viewing ArticleReach Statistics
To view ArticleReach Statistics, you must be assigned permission 703 (ArticleReach Statistics Reports). See Permissions Used By Sierra for more information.
ArticleReach maintains statistics on article requests in the ArticleReach database on the ArticleReach Central Server. The system writes an entry to the statistical log when a request is created (with a "NEW" status) and with each subsequent change of the request's status to:
- "PAGED"
- "FILLED"
- "CANCELLED"
- "IN MEDIATION"
- "TO ILL"
In ArticleReach Statistics, you can:
- View, print, and export the Borrowing and Lending report.
- View, print, and export the Journal Title report.
- Export request details from the ArticleReach database.
- View database status information for all requests in the ArticleReach database.
Statistical information on ArticleReach requests is retained, by default, for a period of 552 days (approximately 18 months). This period can be configured for your ArticleReach System. To change the length of time that statistics are retained, your Central System Administrator should contact Innovative.
