Printing ILL Requests
You can use ILL to print different levels of detail about ILL requests:
- Printing ILL requests in a table display
Whenever Sierra displays requests in a table on screen, you can print the contents of that by choosing File | Print or the Print icon. - Printing details of a single request
When you are editing a request, you can generate a detailed printout for the request by choosing File | Print or the Print icon. - Printing details of multiple requests
You can generate detailed printouts for multiple requests in the new requests file. ILL prints each request on a separate page. (If you use an email printer, ILL generates a separate email for each request.) To generate detailed printouts for multiple requests:- Choose New Requests from the Function list.
- Select the requests for which you want to generate detailed printouts.
- Choose File | Detail Print or the Detail Print icon. The system begins printing the selected request(s). As it prints, it also displays information about each request in a progress dialog. If you want to stop the printing at any time, choose the Stop icon or Options | Stop.
- When ILL is done printing, choose the Close icon or File | Close to close the dialog.
Detailed Print Out
The detailed printout contains all of the information about a request. For example, a new request might appear as:
