Retrieving Resource Records
To view resource records, you must be assigned permission 211 (View Resource records). See Permissions Used by Sierra for more information.
To retrieve a resource record:
- Change a function that retrieves resource records. See the table of Record Types Accessed by Searches.
- Search a selected index or subset of an index.
- Choose Resource Name from the Index drop-down list and enter the search criteria in the text box.
- Choose Search.
