Viewing Patron ILL Requests
Patrons can view ILL requests or holds via the link defined in the Patron Record Display Form. For example:
Viewing Titles
From this display, you can view the title associated with the request. By default, the system displays holds in order by pickup date. Interlibrary loan requests display in this column in the following format:
[Title]/[Publisher];[Publication Date];[Edition];[Charge]
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| [Title] | The title entered in the Interlibrary Loan Request form. |
| [Publisher] | The publisher entered in the Interlibrary Loan Request form. |
| [Publication Date] | The publication date entered in the Interlibrary Loan Request form. |
| [Edition] | The patron's response to the This Edition Only? prompt entered in the Interlibrary Loan Request form. |
| [Charge] | The maximum charge the patron entered for the Maximum charge you are willing to pay if there is a charge prompt in the Interlibrary Loan Request form. |
The system uses the data from the patron's ILL request to populate these fields. If the patron did not complete one of the indicated fields in the ILL request, the WebPAC displays an empty space and the appropriate delimiters.
