Create a segment by filtering patron data
You can segment patrons based on their data to send targeted marketing messages to specific patron groups. When filtering the audience, you can create dynamic segments that are automatically updated when patrons no longer meet the defined criteria.
This approach eliminates the need to export patron data from another system and import it into Promote.

Navigate to the People tab on the Audience page.
-
Select Expand Filters next to the search bar.
All available filter options are displayed. -
