You can view the following information about a person:
- Activity
- Number of clicks
- Most recent click
- Assigned segments
- Associated tags
- Performance of sent emails
To view a person’s activity
- On the Audience page, select the People tab.
- Search for a person by one of the following criteria:
- Name
- Email address
- Barcode
- Select a person.
The person’s activity history opens. - Do one or more of the following:
- To search for an activity, enter the activity in the Search box.
Examples include received, sent, unsubscribed, and so on. - To see details of an activity, point to an activity and select More Details.
- To see the segments the person has subscribed to or unsubscribed from, select Segments.
