Sierra Customers: Hold Till Date in Hold Cancelation Notices
The hold till date merge tag is no longer required when designing the hold cancelation notices for Sierra customers. If you don't want the hold till date to display in your hold cancelation notice design, simply remove it from your design and publish your changes.
Polaris Customers: Failed to send notices display patron data on notice activity log
Going forward failed to send notices will display the patron information (patron name, barcode, and email address) on the notice activity log for Polaris customers. Please note that failed to send notices that occured PRIOR to 01/08/2025 and 01/09/2025 (for SG and AP customers) will not display patron data. It will only display going forward from these dates.
