On cardholder records you will see "Related Accounts" for easy identification of patron records that share the same email address, helping you to recognize household or multi-account relationships that you're sending emails to.
Consolidated Email Activity
From cardholder records you can "View Email Activity". This provides a consolidated view of all email communications sent to a specific email address, even if they span multiple patron records, making outreach tracking more transparent and efficient.
