Exchanging Files with the Bursar's Office

Some libraries do not collect the payments for fines and charges levied against patrons. Instead, a campus bursar's office is responsible for collecting these payments.

If yours is one of these libraries, you may acquire a function that allows you to use Innovative's File Transfer Software (FTS) to:

• send files containing patron charges (in a machine-readable format) from Sierra to the bursar's office
• send files containing patron payments (in a machine-readable format) to Sierra from the bursar's office
