Displaying License Record Data for Paged ArticleReach Requests

Contact Innovative to enable the ERM License Display feature for ArticleReach. To enable this feature, your library must have acquired the Sierra Electronic Resource Management product.

The ERM License Display feature for ArticleReach enables the display of license record fields with holdings data if a request paged at your site can be supplied using a resource managed with ERM.

Your library can choose to display one or all of the following fields from a license record:

If a request paged at your site can be supplied using a resource managed with ERM, ArticleReach displays the license record fields in the following locations:

  • Process Paged Requests—The fields display in the upper right-hand pane when viewing paged requests. If your library stores URLs in the specified variable-length license fields, each URL displays as a clickable link.
  • Paged Requests Details dialog—The fields display in the Paged Request Details dialog. The contents of the specified variable-length fields (for example, the URL and related HTML markup) display as text, rather than as clickable links.
  • ArticleReach paging slips—The fields are present on ArticleReach paging slips if your library has also enabled the Print Templates feature.
