Innovative also offers integration with TALKINGTECH's i-tiva telephone notification and renewal services. Your library can use this product in lieu of Teleforms. To acquire the i-tiva product, contact Innovative.
The Teleforms telephone notification product enables libraries to deliver hold pickup and overdue notices by phone. Teleforms can be configured with up to eight lines per system, and can deliver 50 or more notifications per line per hour depending on the length of the prerecorded messages.
