Configure third-party connections
You can configure the Central Request Interface to connect and communicate with the following third-party applications:

Syndetics Unbound

Rapido
For information on administration of third-party accounts, contact the provider.
- From the Settings menu, select Third-party connections.
- Select the Configure button for Syndetics Unbound.
- Select the features that you want to appear on the Resource page:
- Other Books in the Series
- Reader Reviews
- Professional Reviews
- You May Also Like
- Book Profile
- Reading Level
- Awards
- About the Author
- Excerpt Preview

Do one of the following:

To enable Syndetics Unbound, select Use Syndetics Unbound for Book Covers & Content Enrichment.
- To disable Syndetics Unbound, clear the Use Syndetics Unbound for Book Covers & Content Enrichment checkbox.

- Select SAVE.
The Third-party connections configuration page opens.
The Edit connection page opens.
Although this screen allows you to edit, add or remove connections, it is highly recommended to contact Clarivate Support before making changes. Support can guide you through the appropriate process and help avoid configuration issues.
- From the Settings menu, select Third-party connections.
- Select the Configure button for Rapido.
- (Optional) If your library is a part of a Rapido Pod:
- Select the Add Pod button.
- Provide the Pod Name and POD ID to connect to your Rapido pod.
- Select Download Template.
The template is downloaded to your computer. - Copy all existing connections into the template, and make the modification you want.
- Make the modifications you want to the connections.
- You can find the Vega API key in the Member settings.
- Make sure API-related fields don't contain any extra spaces.
- Delete all the connections from the settings.
- Import the updated template.
- Select Save.
The Third-party connections configuration page opens.
The Edit connection page opens.
Editing individual connections from the user interface directly can disrupt the alphabetical order and cause configuration issues. Always use the template to make changes.

From the Settings menu, select Third-party connections to open the Third-party connections configuration page.

Select the Configure button for the connection you want to delete.
The Edit connection page opens. -
At the bottom of the page, select the trash can
