Search for resources

The search results you see when browsing the Central Request Interface (CRI) come from libraries that share their collection with yours, and you can place request on any item that interests you.

All items returned in a CRI search are interlibrary loan (ILL) records. Patrons cannot interact with these records in the same way they would in a full catalog; they can primarily search and place requests for items supplied by libraries that share materials with their institution.

To search for resources in the Central Request Interface:

  1. Sign in to your Central Request Interface account.

  2. Enter the search terms in the search box, and either press Enter or select SearchSearch icon..
The Search Results page displays items that match your search terms.

  3. Explore the search results to find a title, series, concept, or an author that interests you.
