View availability by library

Learn how to see which libraries in your resource sharing group own a title, whether copies are available, and whether a copy can be requested.

To view resource availability by library:

1. On the Resource page, navigate to the Edition Information section.

2. Select the down arrow to expand the edition information.

3. For the edition you want to view, select the down arrow next to the cover image.

4. Review the copy information displayed for that edition.

   If copies are available at libraries in the resource sharing group, you can see:

   • Library locations

   • Call numbers

   • Availability status

   • Requestability information

5. For additional information about a library location, select Details.

   Depending on the information provided by the library, the Details page may include address, phone number or contact information.
