Place a request on a resource

You can place a request for a resource either from the Search Results page and the Resource page.

  1. On the Resource page, select Get It.
    A pop-up window is displayed.

  2. Select a pickup location.

  3. (Optional) Add a note.

  4. Select Send.

  1. On the Search Results page, select Place Request next to one of the search results.
    If the resource is available, you are prompted to provide the pickup location.

  2. Select Pickup Location.

  3. (Optional) Add a note.

  4. Select Send.

The request may be denied if no items are available, or if the requested material type isn't permitted. Patron permissions for material types are controlled in Rapido.
