My Book Showcase Tab isn't displaying

Check the following:

Confirm that a Showcase feed has been configured in the Home Screen tab.

Confirm that the Book Showcase Tab is configured to use the correct feed.

Make sure the feed contains valid Showcase content.

Save the Home Screen tab and the Mobile App or template.

Reload the app to display your latest changes.
The Classic Showcase is still displaying
If you want to use Book Showcase Tabs instead of the Classic Showcase, confirm that Show Classic Bibliographic Showcase is disabled in the Home Screen tab. After making the change, save the Home Screen tab and the Mobile App or template, then reload the app.
Account Highlights
Why aren't the highlights showing up for some patrons?
Highlights only appear when the patron’s account has data that matches the enabled highlight types. For example, the Overdue label won’t show unless they have overdue items. Make sure the correct options are enabled in the CMS and that either Polaris or Sierra is returning the expected data.
Why is the “Due Soon” highlight showing items earlier than expected?
The timing of the Due Soon highlight depends on how your Polaris or Sierra instance defines an overdue item. Some systems consider items overdue at 00:00 on the due date, while others use 23:59. You may need to adjust the Due soon (days) value in your Data Provider settings accordingly.
