Program Release Notes March 2025

1. Added support for individually bookable multi-session events to use the 'A certain number of hours before event/session' booking closure option.

2. Added a 'GIVE UP SPOT' button to the default waiting list notification email, allowing users to easily remove themselves from the waiting list.

3. Added an expected_cost field to the response for /resource/@resource_id/availability and /room/@room_id/availability in the API.

4. Improved booking availability messages to indicate whether session has not opened yet or has already closed.

5. Fixed an issue where double quotes in room layout descriptions caused JSON parsing errors.

6. Fixed an issue where waiting list capacity was not honored in certain cases.

7. Footer links for the Privacy Policy, Contact Page, and Locations Directory will now be hidden if no URLs are provided.
