Improved Multi-Session Event Tracking
Multi-session events without registration now count each session separately, resulting in more accurate statistics. Excel reporting and documentation have also been enhanced for greater clarity.
For the "Number of Events" statistics shown in the top image, sessions are counted using the methodology illustrated in the middle image. This documentation can be found using the tab at the bottom of the exported report named "How to Read This Report".
The event list will also include detailed breakdowns as shown in the bottom image.
Expanded Patron Type Eligibility for Bookings
Patron type eligibility settings are now available for room and equipment bookings—extending the feature previously limited to event bookings.
New Patron Usage Limits for Room Bookings
Admins can now set patron usage limits for room bookings from the Room Management page. Add restrictions on the number of bookings or total hours per day, week, or month.
Event Comments
Added an event comments section for staff to communicate and request changes directly within the event management page.
