Setting up eBooks and Audiobooks for Encore

Encore requires cloudLibrary, Axis 360, and OverDrive bibliographic records for electronic materials (eBooks, eAudio, and eVideo) to contain formatted 037 fields.

The 037 fields must contain the vendor record identifier in subfield a and the standardized vendor name in subfield b.

For example:

If you are setting up bibliographic records for Axis 360, the standardized vendor name is subfield b must appear exactly as it is above (that is, the name must be capitalized and cannot contain spaces).

If you are setting up bibliographic records for cloudLibrary, subfield b must contain the value "3M".
