Leap Basics

Leap provides library staff with a simple, streamlined user interface for performing library functions. Leap is optimized for use with any leading web browser operating on a computer, but you can also use Leap on a tablet or other internet-connected mobile device.

Polaris Administration (staff client) permissions also control access to Leap records and functions. Once a staff member has access to Leap, they can perform the same functions in Leap that they can perform in the Polaris staff client. Other Polaris Administration settings apply specifically to Leap.
