Possible Messages (Viewing Cancelled Holds)
This section describes some of the messages you might see when you attempt to view holds-cancelled information.
- Cannot connect to database.
- If you see this message in the status bar, the database is not accessible at the current time.
- There are no cancelled holds to view.
- If the patron has cancelled holds, they were cancelled more than a specific number of days before the current date (by default, 30).
