Possible Messages (Viewing Cancelled Holds)

This section describes some of the messages you might see when you attempt to view holds-cancelled information.

Cannot connect to database.

If you see this message in the status bar, the database is not accessible at the current time.

There are no cancelled holds to view.

If the patron has cancelled holds, they were cancelled more than a specific number of days before the current date (by default, 30).
