Deleting Routing Records
To delete a Routing record, you must be assigned permission 083 (Routing list maintenance). See Permissions Used by Sierra for more information.
To delete a routing record (i.e., an entry in the routing file):
- Choose Routing from the Function list.
- Retrieve the Routing record you want to delete.
- Choose Edit.
- Choose File | Delete Routee. Sierra prompts you to confirm the deletion, for example:
Are you sure you want to delete rout37?
- Choose Yes to delete the specified record.
