Preparation Phase

Plan to complete the Preparation Phase up through the space check at least one week (but no more than 14 days) before you want to begin running the latest software. If your Innovative machine does not have enough space for the new software, Innovative staff will need sufficient time to solve the problem.

You do not need to let Innovative know that you are updating your system software.

You must perform a full backup and verify before upgrading.
