Sierra | Payments Updated to API-Based Processing: Updated the Sierra connector to use the Sierra API instead of SIP for retrieving and paying fines. This update adds support for invoice numbers on charges and improves consistency in payment processing by using Sierra’s fines API for all payment transactions made through the app.

Non-Roman Character Search Support
Fixed an issue where searches containing non-Roman characters (including Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Cyrillic text) could return no results in apps using Vega Discover as their search provider. Search requests were incorrectly being converted to ASCII before being sent to Vega Discover. This fix ensures searches using non-Roman character sets are processed correctly and return expected catalog results
