Multi-Day Scheduling for Staff only
Libraries will now have the ability to book rooms for multiple days just one time instead of reserving the room for each day.
Equipment Bookings for Staff
Staff can now reserve items such as museum passes or 'Library of Things' equipment in addition to rooms and events.
Added Attendance Categories
Configurable attendance categories have been added which allow staff to optionally record separate attendance figures such as adults and children for concluded events and manually logged statistics. Instead of a single field for recording an attendance count, now multiple fields can be created with custom labels to track attendance for any classification of attendee.
Separated Classifications as Well as Added Configurable Filters
Separate Event Category, Audience, and Program Format classifications have been added along with configurable filters for both patrons and staff. Libraries can now classify event options as Category, Audience, or Format, allowing patrons and staff to use separate filters with 'AND' logic between them, while also providing clearer and more accurate statistical reporting.
Enhanced Statistic Pages & Spreadsheet Reports
Classification-specific filtering and breakdowns have been added to the statistics pages as well as spreadsheet reports. This supports the above new features that are being released this month.
