Resend Confirmation Emails
Added the ability to resend confirmation emails for room bookings, equipment bookings, and event tickets from the staff panel. One click and confirm to send an additional registration/booking confirmation for each ticket in the booking. If bookings take place far in the future and a single reminder days beforehand is not sufficient, the library can use this feature to send additional confirmation anytime prior to the booking, weeks or months in advance.
If the patron misplaces or deletes the confirmation email, this feature can be used to reissue it.
Multiple Events in a Single Room
Added support for concurrent event bookings in rooms, allowing multiple events to book the same room when enabled in room settings. A cap can be set on the number of events taking place in the room simultaneously. This feature is configurable on a per-room basis. In certain spaces, the library may wish to create multiple concurrent events.
Examples include:

Custom Payment Types
Added support for custom payment methods in room bookings, equipment bookings, and event tickets, allowing staff to specify payment methods beyond the standard options. When tracking payment activity, the library may require more detailed sources than “Cash” or “Card”. With this feature, any transaction may now come from a custom source, a free text field in which the library can include a granular description, classification code, or any other text they wish to enter.
Cookie Consent Notice for EU Users
Added cookie consent notice for EU visitors when Google Analytics is enabled. This will prompt the user once for consent as long as the cookie is retained. This feature ensures that libraries using Google Analytics in their Program instances comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the European Union’s data privacy law.
