Select the Y > DISPLAY file SIZE & DATE menu option before the bursar.send file is transferred to the bursar's office to view the size of this file and the date and time of its creation.
The top of the screen the system displays will be similar to the following example:

Check the creation date, time, and size of both the bursar.send and bursar.out files.
Be certain that the creation date and time of the bursar.send file is greater than that of the bursar.out file and that the two files are the same size.
The records are now ready to send to the bursar's office.
