Search Statistics Search statistics represent reporting area tied to Page Searches and its results
Marketing Statistics Marketing Statistic represents reporting area where we track events on tagged features.
Date filter Filter which enables selecting different period
Site (Account ID) Filter which enables selection of different sites within one institution
Number of interactions Interactions equals to total click counts
Unique Visitors Distinct count of users, including anonymized and logged in users
Visitor Frequencies

Frequency indicates how often a user interacted within the selected period, measured by the number of active days.
Low: 0–1 days of activity
Medium: 2–3 days of activity
High: More than 3 days of activity

MoM % change in avg time spent Percentage change in average time spent.
This reporting card always compares the current month to the previous month
Date filters do not affect this calculation
# of visits per day The average time (in minutes) visitors spend per day in the selected time period
Avg time on app The average time (in minutes) visitors spend per day in the selected time period
# of visitors who initiated search The number of unique visitors who used a search button in Vega Discover
Visitors activity Number of unique visitors with count of their interactions and average time spent when interacting with Vega Discover
New and returning visitors A user is considered new visitor if their ID has not appeared earlier in the selected time range; if the ID already exists, they are counted as a returning visitor
Search page views Counts how many times visitors landed on the search screen
Vega Search interactions Total number of search interactions (performed searches)
WoW Seach interactions Week-over-Week overview of performed searches
Top 100 Searched terms The 100 most frequently used search terms and the number of interactions associated with each
Search page views breakdown Detailed statistics on search page views
Home page interactions The total number of interactions on the home page
Grouped interactions Interactions grouped by browser type
Home interactions – Patron view The total breakdown of patron interactions on the home page
TOP 10 – mostly interacted with The top 10 most interacted areas
Total interactions grouped by name Total interactions count. Other at the bottom of the chart represents group of interactions with a count of 2-3 clicks.
