Schedule saved reports

You can schedule saved reports to be delivered automatically by email at regular intervals.

Subscriptions are available for saved reports, including those provided by Vega Reporting and custom reports created by administrators.

To schedule saved reports:

  1. Select Sharing in the upper-right corner of the Vega Reporting home.

  2. Select Subscriptions.

    The existing subscriptions are displayed. If no subscriptions exist, the subscription form opens.

  3. Configure the subscription by adding the desired information and filters:

    • provide the email address of the recipient .

    • select how often the report should be sent to the recipient.

      Scheduled delivery times use the UTC time zone.

    • specify how much historical data to include (for example: a number of hours, days, weeks, months or years).

    • select the site from which the report data is collected.

  4. (Optional) Select Send email now to send the report immediately.

  5. (Optional) Select Don't send if there aren't results to prevent email delivery when the report contains no new data.

  6. (Optional) Select Attach results as files if you wish to select the specific format of the file and specific file segments only.

  7. Select Done.

    The report is delivered according to the selected schedule.
