Save custom reports

You can save custom reports for later use or add them to dashboards.

To save a report

  1. Build your report in Query Builder or SQL.

  2. In the upper‑right corner, select Save.

  3. Provide the following information:

    • Name

    • Description (optional)

    • Collection where the report belongs

  4. Select Save.

Results

  • Main Site reports are visible across all sites.

  • Collection/Kiosk reports are visible only within their associated site.

  • Reports Admins can edit saved reports.

  • Reports Consumers can view saved reports but can't modify them.
