campusM 2026 December Release Notes

Developments

Geolocation Attendance Validation for Events with Multiple Locations

Institutions can take attendance using geolocation validation for classes that have up to three locations. This is done by delimiting the location codes with "#,#". Students that are within the defined radius of at least one of these locations will be validated.

For more information, see campusM Attendance FAQ. CAM-30140

Calendar Feed Filtering on Mobile

Users can now filter Calendar feeds on mobile, making it easier to focus on what matters to them.

Subtile Border Configuration

Bug Fixes

SF number Platform Description

N/A iOS When searching in the Attendance Lecturer screen, the display zoomed in unexpectedly on iOS devices. This was fixed. CAM-29642
10851349 Web In certain configurations, GPS data was not collected for Attendance as expected, which caused an unusually high number of unvalidated check-ins for a small number of institutions. This was fixed. CAM-30042
10728382 All Focus was not handled correctly when navigating between the Lecturer Attendance screens (Check-in/Search Class/History). This was fixed. CAM-29795
10832562 iOS The Force Upgrade feature, which forces users to update their app to a minimal version, did not work as expected. This was fixed. CAM-30032
N/A Mobile On mobile apps that use a non-English language pack, dates, weekdays, months and times would sometimes display in the default format or in English, instead of their localized format/translation. This was fixed. CAM-30174
