Authority List or Count Reports
The Authority list reports and the Authority count reports subtabs offer the same types of data columns and filters for defining the report criteria, but the report output is different. Authority list reports are detailed lists of data from authority records and their associated records, and authority count reports provide simple counts based on the selected criteria. The Authority count reports subtab has additional report output columns, such as Sum item lifetime circ count. If you have Export Express, you can use the filters on the Authority list reports subtab to create and save the report criteria and then export the report output in MARC format. See also Using Export Express.
