All library users with a LibraryThing account can post reviews in the Vega Discover Catalog when the Reader Reviews widget is enabled in the Syndetics Unbound configuration.
Each review must be moderated before it becomes visible to other users. Once approved, the review is displayed at the top of the Reader Reviews widget for that title in the Vega Discover Catalog.
Prerequisites
Before moderating Reader Reviews, make sure that:

Syndetics Unbound is connected to your Vega Discover environment.

The Reader Reviews widget is enabled in the Syndetics Unbound configuration.

You have a moderator account for Syndetics Unbound.

If you don't have a moderator account, submit a support ticket requesting one. When the account is created, you'll receive an email to set your password.

Procedure

Go to https://admin.syndetics.com.

Sign in with your moderator username and password.

From the Administration Home, select the Content Moderation button on the right side of the screen.
The Review Moderation view is displayed, showing the following categories:-
Unmoderated - newly submitted reviews that aren't yet visible to other users

Moderated - approved reviews published in the Reader Reviews widget

Rejected - reviews hidden from all users except the reviewer

All reviews - all submitted reviews

Review the submitted Reader Reviews, and select an action:

Approve - publishes the review at the top of the Reader Reviews widget for that title

Reject - hides the review from all users except the patron who submitted it

Clear - resets the review to Unmoderated so it can be reviewed again
