My Bookshelf Availability Counts
This feature is available only for beta libraries with My Bookshelf Availability enabled
We have improved how available items are displayed in the My Bookshelf availability section. Specifically, you will notice clearer counts for:

The number of items when the All tab is selected

The number of items when the Available tab is selected

The count of available items shown when clicking the "View all available bookmarks" link

Default Capitalization Improvements
We’ve enhanced the handling of capitalization for libraries using translation strings. You can now customize translation strings to better align with the capitalization rules and conventions of each language.
For example, to update the translation strings for your Format Filters, simply search for the term "material-type" within your translation files.
BUG FIXES
Chrome Translations and Custom Translations
We have resolved an issue where Google Chrome’s auto-translate feature caused unexpected word changes in Vega Discover. Specifically, when users had the "Always Translate" option enabled in their Chrome settings, some words were incorrectly translated to terms not defined in our translation files. This fix ensures that translations now strictly follow the configured settings, providing a more accurate and consistent experience.
Social Media Sharing Settings
The label FRC has been updated to Full Resource Card to improve clarity in the social media configuration options.
Collection Site not showing all search results
A problem was fixed where Collection and/or Kiosk Site searches would result in a null pointer exception (no results found) sometimes in sites where non-integrated econtent subscriptions had been configured, and a work in the results set had an electronicLocator field with no URL.
Concept link remains in format group index after MARC data deleted from bib AND Vega incorrectly assigning 2 values for audience level
These problems have been fixed by changes to how we delete data, including a process that now runs nightly to perform required data cleanups. Please note that for large deletions of over 500k records that this process may take more than one day to completely remove old data associations.
My Bookshelf Availability
Applies only to libraries with My Bookshelf Availability enabled

Author Search: Fixed a bug where searching by author only returned results when using the first or last name. Now, searches will work with the first name, last name, or full author name.

Select All Bug: Fixed an issue on the "View all available bookmarks" page where the Select All option selected all bookmarks regardless of search filters. Now, Select All correctly selects only the filtered subset of bookmarks.

Keyboard Accessibility Improvement: Text Color Contrast
Patrons navigating with a keyboard will now see the same “You have 1 copy on hold” message as those using a mouse. This ensures a consistent and accessible experience across input methods.
BUG FIXES
OverDrive Items in the Patron Account
An improvement was made to how Vega retrieves checked out OverDrive materials in the Patron account. This fix will correct problems with showing the information about magazine and eaudiobook checkouts performed in Vega Discover in the Patron Account. Please note that there are other known scenarios that can cause OverDrive checkout information to not display properly in the Patron Account that are still under investigation.
Home Page Mouse Hover
We fixed a bug affecting mouse hover behavior on the home page. Now, when you hover over clickable elements, the pointer correctly changes to a hand icon—clearly indicating that the item links to more content.
