Unpublished showcases are labeled as draft, and they aren't visible to patrons in Vega. When published, showcases that you create from saved lists appear on the Resource page of every title in the showcase. If an item is included in two showcases, both showcases appear on the Resource page.
Showcases that you create from saved searches don't appear on the Resource page.
You must be assigned the library admin role to publish showcases. For more information, see Add staff and assign access levels.
To publish a draft showcase
- In Vega Discover, go to My Bookshelf, and select the Showcases tab.
- Select one of the following:
- Created by me
- All
- On the draft showcase that you want to publish, select Options
- Select Publish.
