Search for users

You can search for users on the User management page. You can also apply filters to narrow the list of users.

  1. On the User management page, select Filters.
    Search and filter fields open.
  2. From the Source list, select Active Directory .
  3. Enter one or more of the following search criteria:
    • User name
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email
  4. (Optional) If you want to limit the list to users who have assigned access levels, select Assigned only.
  5. (Optional) If you want to narrow the search to users who have specific access levels, select from the following lists:
    • Staff access level
    • Showcase access level
    • Home page access level
  1. On the User management page, select Filters.
    Search and filter fields open.
  2. From the Source list, select Patron.
  3. In the Barcode box, enter the patron’s barcode.
  4. (Optional) If you want to limit the list to users who have assigned access levels, select Assigned only.
  5. (Optional) If you want to narrow the search to users who have specific access levels, select from the following lists:
    • Staff access level
    • Showcase access level
    • Home page access level
