Search for users
You can search for users on the User management page. You can also apply filters to narrow the list of users.
- On the User management page, select Filters.
Search and filter fields open. - From the Source list, select Active Directory .
- Enter one or more of the following search criteria:
- User name
- First name
- Last name
- (Optional) If you want to limit the list to users who have assigned access levels, select Assigned only.
- (Optional) If you want to narrow the search to users who have specific access levels, select from the following lists:
- Staff access level
- Showcase access level
- Home page access level
- On the User management page, select Filters.
Search and filter fields open. - From the Source list, select Patron.
- In the Barcode box, enter the patron’s barcode.
- (Optional) If you want to limit the list to users who have assigned access levels, select Assigned only.
- (Optional) If you want to narrow the search to users who have specific access levels, select from the following lists:
- Staff access level
- Showcase access level
- Home page access level
