View econtent extraction logs
You can view logs of your econtent extractions. The logs include the ISBNs, IDs, authors, titles, and formats. If desired, you can download metadata.
If you want to locate a specific title in the extraction, you can search the extraction details by ISBN.
- From the Settings menu, select Record Extraction.
- On the EXTRACTION STATUS tab, select the down arrow
to expand an econtent extraction record. - To see the extraction details, select the Open log details icon
in the Actions column.
The Extraction Logs window opens. - To download extraction flow data, do the following:
- From the Download Extraction flow data list in the upper-right section, select from the following options:
- Mapping
Select this option to see the mapping being used to convert the metadata from the vendor API to VegaBibFrame. - Updated List
Select this option to see the titleIDs of all the materials that were ingested into the Vega context engine from the vendor API during the job. - Deleted List
Select this option to see the titleIDs of all the materials that were deleted from the Vega context engine by the vendor API during the job. - Select Download
. - To download detailed data for an individual title, do the following:
- Select the down arrow
in the Download Input / Result column to expand a title row. - Select one of the following:
- To download the metadata you received from the vendor, select Input.
- To download the metadata you created using the mapping file for the vender (the VegaBibFrame metadata in the Vega context engine), select Result.
- Select Download
. - To close the window, click outside the window.
- From the Settings menu, select Record Extraction.
- On the EXTRACTION STATUS tab, select the down arrow
to expand an econtent extraction record. - To see the extraction details, select the Open log details icon
in the Actions column.
The Extraction Logs window opens. - To close the window, click anywhere outside it.
You can search for an ingested title from an econtent subscription by title, author, ISBN, or vendor title ID. The fields are searched in the order they are listed, and each field requires an exact match to retrieve information about a work.
